Due to several changes in the market, we are forced to make some changes concerning our RMA policy. This policy will be effective immediately.

If you would like to return products, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Please test all return yourself before returning them to prevent the return of functioning products.
  2. There is no warranty on consumable products such as coils and clearomizers. We do not accept the return of these products after they have been used.
  3. Please return all products in their original packaging and with the security code. We cannot accept returns without original packaging.
  4. Please fill out our Diamond Flavours warranty form completly and send it back with the return.
  5. Our warranty period for hardware products is 6 months. This will be from the moment the products are purchased with us.
  6. When a battery from a starterset is returned, half of the paid amount for the starterset will be reimbursed.

Important information about our Warranty Process

For each and every unit you send back to us, you will have to fill in our RMA form. You can request this form from our customer service.
It is important that you fill in all information, including the reason of return.
It is also required that you fill in the security and/or serial number of the device. Mostly you can find this on the box of the device or on a separated (scratch) card.

This means your return will not be processed when:

  1. The RMA form is missing for a product
  2. The Security and Serial number are not included
  3. We find out that one or several products are not purchased with us
